Do you remember when Jill Scott was stunting locs?

It only seems natural that this beautiful and talented soul singer, actor and mentor had the loc journey under her belt. Always spreading positive vibes and enlightening woman to their worth, she lives by example by being the Empress she is. I had the awesome experience of listening to her first album Words and Sounds Vol:1 and replayed it for a month straight. There was no denying her raw truth and woman empowerment. Thanks for blessing us with your many talents and I hope you continue on doing great things!

Whoopie made a comment on The View expressing that it is ok for a man to hit a female in self defense. A large group of people disagreed with her and made a big issue on social media.  

What are your views on men hitting women?

I (Owyna) agree with Whoopie that if it's in self defense or if the woman feels the need to hit a man she should be prepared to be hit back.
